Interior Floor to Ceiling Services ceiling cleaning improves IAQ (Indoor Air Quality). Even under the very best of conditions ceilings should be cleaned and sanitized at least once every five years, even if they still look acceptable. Ceilings, especially porous acoustical ceiling tiles, act as sponges absorbing grease, germs, bacteria, mold, mildew, dust, smoke, nicotine, allergens, microorganisms and other air pollutants causing a reduction in IAQ and discoloration of the ceiling surface.

Our professional ceiling cleaning and sanitizing removes all these hazards and leaves the ceiling bright and clean. Water stains do not always come out by cleaning. We use a stain sealer to hide the water stains that are still noticeable after the cleaning process is complete. If your grid system is rusted or the paint is peeling we can re-paint it or cover it with grid capping. Grid capping is made of a durable vinyl, is white, easy to clean, never rust or peels and is easily installed. See picture on my samples page.

Many have made the mistake of painting their acoustical ceiling tiles. This should not be done because painting will: 1. Lower the flame retarding ability, 2. Ruin the noise reduction ability, 3. The ceiling looks painted, 4. Painting causes the tiles to stick to the grid, hence the tiles can chip or break when workman remove tiles to gain access to the ceiling.

Instead of painting we can resurface your acoustical tiles. Our Resurfacer restores your tiles to their original appearance. We can change the color if you want. It is non-toxic and dries faster than paint. It is sprayed onto your ceiling in much the same way that paint is applied. Our product will improve the noise reduction ability, has a class A fire rating and improves the tiles light reflection ability. The tiles will not stick to the grids. The grids and vents also get coated so the ceiling looks like it's new. Of course if you have warped or broken tiles these will need to be replaced, as coating cannot over come these problems.
